Physical activity and sports have always been an integral part of Patrick's life. Football, hockey, skiing and surfing to name a few, the list of sports he has played since he was very young is long.
Supervisor, sports coach and educator at Saint-Clément Academy for six years, Patrick found his true calling in teaching. AMPT was born out of his desire to combine his passions for teaching and sports.
It offers a training camp for youth wanting to discover physical activity in an educational setting. Patrick is a certified EXOS Performance Specialist.
Growing up playing hockey, tennis and rugby to name a few, Ryan lives and breathes athletics. He is always looking to share his passion and knowledge about health and wellness with the people he works with.
Ryan is currently in his 3rd year at Concordia University in the Health, Kinesiology, and Applied Physiology program, majoring in Honors Athletic Therapy. He is also a certified EXOS Performance Specialist.
His experience in camp management, having worked at a summer camp for seven years and served as director for two , has allowed him to manage and work alongside many people .
AMPT was founded through Pat and Ryan's mutual passion for coaching and sports performance. Ryan's mission at AMPT is to be able to empower young athletes through education and coaching, equipping them with the tools they need to train and manage their bodies successfully.

Jeff ensures that the Z4P training philosophy and high standards are met at AMPT. His enthusiasm and motivation to learn new things leads to innovative strategies and techniques.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Nutrition from Acadia University, Nova Scotia. There he played hockey at the Division 1 level for three years. He also worked as a consultant for Dr. Jonathan Fowles, pioneer in strength and fitness, as well as for many NHL, CFL and Olympic participants.
With his in-depth knowledge and more than 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Jeff can quickly assess a person's weaknesses and movement errors and develop a training plan tailored to the needs of the individual.
